Skagen 233LTMN Review
Skagen – The designs speak for itself. It was founded in 1987 by Copenhagen natives Henrik and Charlotte Jorst, who operated from the belief that beautifully-designed, high-quality objects can be offered at reasonable prices. The founders worked with well-known Danish designers to create a collection of elegant timepieces distinguished by their clean, pure lines and sophisticated styling.
Skagen watches represent a harmonious blend of spirited design, beautiful craftsmanship, and expert precision. Skagen 233LTMN truly serves their motive. Fill your wardrobe with the clean lines and sleek European styling of this masterpiece. The thin and ultra light black tone titanium case frames a striking blue dial which can’t be ignored easily.
Japanese movement is one of the best movements that a watch can get. It can be called as a free movement as it sets you free to do whatever you want to do without worrying about your battery. Japanese quartz movement is an extremely accurate electronic movement developed in Japan that utilizes the natural frequency of vibrations of a quartz crystal to regulate the operation of the timepiece. This movement offers reliability and is protected with the water resistance up to 30 meters.
Analogue display it at its best in this! Nothing else disturbs the hour markings and hands. The blue base is strikingly attractive and distinctive.
This Skagen timepiece needed to be protected with a sturdy dial window. Mineral just does the right thing for it and of course make it affordable too as it’s not too expensive. Mineral glass is decently strong but susceptible to chipping and shattering although much less than the regular glass.
Titanium Case compensates for it. Titanium is light, strong, better water resistant and better heat resistant too. Another area where titanium is excellent at is corrosion resistance (e.g. its resistance to rusting). It is so good that it is almost impossible to rust titanium.
Just like the blue base sets a different tone for the watch, in the same manner band does much more than that. Number one, it’s of stainless steel so it’s anti-corrosive and sturdy. Number two; it’s designed in mesh style. Stainless steel watch bracelets are highly durable and wear well in all kinds of weather. However, they are generally heavier than leathers or textiles.
